Exhibition over three venues from 6th March - 18th April 2010
‘Re-imagining Treasures of Hyde Abbey’ is a contemporary visual arts exhibition that brings together a wide variety of work by painters, illustrators, ceramicists, sculptors, glass and textile artists. Taking as their inspiration ‘Treasures of Hyde Abbey’, the concurrent exhibition at the Winchester Discovery Centre Gallery (6 March - 2 May 2010), their work reflects on the history of the site and responds to its historical and spiritual significance.
‘Re-imagining’ will showcase the work of more than 40 contemporary artists across three venues.
